  Revision Policy:

Logo Teams offers you as many changes as you want to make on your logo design, however you are not entitled to make any change once the final files are delivered. Also once you select one logo and make changes onto it you will not be able to view the previous set of samples. How ever Logo Teams offers limited changes on website and brochure design which are sufficient enough to have the right artwork done. Providing entirely new artwork under the revision category would not be possible.

  Refund Policy:

Logo Teams offers an unconditional money back guarantee only on the initial set of samples but once you make a change or approve any option as your final logo then refund will be applicable. Also refund is not applicable on additional design services.

  Quality Assurance Policy:

Logo Teams focuses more on quality rather than quantity (Number of Orders). Quality Assurance is mandatory once the designs are ready to send, if the samples gets cleared with the Quality Assurance system then the samples are uploaded to the customer’s My Account area and if not then the samples are sent back to the designers and there is slight chance that you face a minor delay.

Logo Teams offers 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Providing 100% Satisfaction does not only mean providing refund or providing revisions but also if you are facing any kind a problem in terms of your artwork, you are requested to talk to your Account Manager.

  Record Maintenance:

Logo Teams maintains your record for life so just in case id you lost your logo sample, you can login to you’re my Account area and can download those. Logo Teams make sure that your information is not shared with any third party. However as per the U.S law in case of any legal notice we have to provide the demanded information.
